Henk Boldewijn
Henk studied architecture at the Academie van Bouwkunst in Groningen. He launched KAW architecten en adviseurs in the year 1976. During the next 30 years and under his direction KAW grows into an architectural firm and a consulting firm specializing in urban renewal based in Groningen, Rotterdam and Nijmegen.
Since September 2010 he works at KAW arquitectura, being responsible for strategy, marketing and office management.

Ana Fernández
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1962, Ana graduated as an architect from the University of Buenos Aires. She has gained international experience, carrying out projects in Argentina, France and the United Kingdom. She was responsible for design leadership in the KAW architecten office in Groningen, Holland from 1992 to 2000. She has been practicing as an architect in Barcelona since 2003.
In 2006 she created together with Holger Augst KAW arquitectura.

Holger Augst
Born in Nordhausen, Germany in 1966. He qualified as an architect at the University of Applied Sciences in Postdam. He tutored in that University in the Department of Geometry from 2000-2002. He worked in Berlin in the offices of O.M.Ungers and Ortner&Ortner, between others. He has practiced as an architect in San Sebastian and Barcelona since 2003.
In 2006 he created together with Ana Fernandez KAW arquitectura.
